* Please provide your bank with all the necessary information mentioned above when requesting a payment transfer. Providing incomplete information may result in delays in processing your payment. Therefore, please ensure that you share complete information when requesting the transfer.
* For invoices showing the payment amount in USD, instruct your bank NOT to convert the currency to Japanese Yen when processing the payment.
* Once the order is confirmed, we will promptly issue the invoice and hold the car in your name for 3 business days. Please ensure the payment is completed within this period to secure the car. If payment is not received within this timeframe, it will be at our discretion whether to extend the reservation or void the order.
